About Diana
Diana brings her extensive background in rhythmic gymnastics to her yoga teaching, emphasizing the importance of understanding and listening to your body. With 15 years of experience in one-on-one coaching and personal training, she has helped many individuals rehabilitate from sports-related injuries. Diana believes that movement doesn't have to be painful; by noticing discomfort and releasing tension, you can foster a stronger mind-body connection. In this class, Diana will demonstrate how gentle stretching and basic yoga postures can lead to profound healing and a sense of lightness in the body.
About Josh
Josh is a seasoned photographer and yoga instructor, knows firsthand the physical strains that come with being behind the camera. Suffering from back pain due to carrying gear, plantar fasciitis from standing, tight wrists from editing, and sciatica from prolonged sitting, Josh turned to yoga for relief. With a decade of yoga teaching experience, he focuses on hot26, yin, and mobility practices. Josh starts each class with breath work and movements that enhance shoulder range of motion and provide lower back relief. He emphasizes the importance of balance, teaching participants how to harmonize their physical activities with mindful practices to maintain a healthy and pain-free body.
